U14 – U15: 4km Beach Run; 2km Surf Swim; 4km Board Paddle

U17 – U19: 4km beach run; 2km surf swim; 4km board paddle; 6km ski paddle

Open: 4km beach run; 1km/2km surf swim; 5km ocean swim; 6km board paddle (downwind); 12km ski paddle (downwind)

Masters 30-49 years: 4km Beach Run; 2km Surf Swim; 4km Board Paddle; 8km Ski Paddle

Masters 50-59 years: 4km Beach Run; 1km Surf Swim; 2km Board Paddle; 6km Ski Paddle

Masters 60+ years: 1km Surf Swim; 2km Board paddle; 6km Ski Paddle
