We are diving deep into our soul ❤ To remember who we truly are and to open up to the wisdom that we hold in this sacred place within.

Come and join us for a powerful night of transformation and activation as we journey with sacred cacao, quantum flow, 5 element dance, meditation and sacred soul practices. We will journey into our heart space and open ourselves up to the wisdom that we hold in this sacred space and that we get to access when we allow ourselves to deeply listen to the nudges of our soul and create and move from this place. All of this will help set us free so that we can move in the world with more acceptance, love, passion and joy.

We will begin the night with a Cacao Ceremony, cacao a sacred plant medicine is a heart opener and wisdom keeper. Mother cacao can help us to go deeper into our awareness and our connection to ourselves and the earth. Cacao is an ancient plant medicine that connects us to our inner wisdom and heart centre, our true essence and core of our being. It is a great plant to use during inner work and ceremony.

The cacao will be mixed with other plants to help ground, protect and nourish our nervous systems and bring us more in alignment with our heart space.

We will go on a powerful Quantum Flow activation to fully align with our soul, to remember who we truly are and come back to our essence and natural state of flow, abundance and joy before we go on a dance journey in the 5 elements. The 5 elements are based on the universe being made of 5 elements which balance in different ways to create all that exists. It is based on Taoist and Chinese medicine, Ayurvedic system and the shamanic system. These are Earth, Water, Fire, Air and Ether and each relate to different body parts and different meanings.

We will end the event with a sound healing and meditation. This will help ground us before finishing the evening. The sound healing will be using singing bowls connected to our chakras to balance us and connect us back to ourselves and also to ground us in a relaxed state.

We can’t wait for you to join us.
