A serene evening of meditation and kirtan in a peaceful space bathed in soft lantern candlelight. People of various backgrounds sit together either on the floor or on chairs and join in in this beautiful ancient practice of kirtan yoga sound meditation.

An uplifting and rejuvenating way to end your week with a wholesome vegetarian meal.

Come and join Bhava for an evening of relaxation and spiritual reflection.

What is Kirtan?

Kirtan is an ancient practice of the hearing and singing of transcendental sound yogic mantras and can be performed by anyone.

How do we do kirtan?

Kirtan is a responsive, group practice. Someone leads the mantra with or without instruments and the group responds in unison. 

Why should I do kirtan?

Kirtan is a wonderful, heartwarming and uplifting practice which helps, body, heart and mind. It can be performed by anyone who wishes to engage in a meditative practice, relieve stress, anxiety and start adding a spiritual practice into their life.
