Bungee fitness classes have gained popularity due to their ability to provide a full-body workout in a unique and enjoyable way. What are the benefits? The bungee cords reduce the impact on joints, making it a low-impact workout suitable for people of various fitness levels. These classes often incorporate elements of cardio, strength training, and aerial movements. They can be both exhilarating and challenging, requiring core strength, balance, and coordination while engaging multiple muscle groups. What to bring? Trainers (make sure the soles are free from pebbles and debris – we love our timber floor), or grippy socks for more comfort (we sell those) + water bottle
