Cheese Tasting with Kat Harvey

Welcome cheese lovers!

Get ready to be taken on a guided tasting of a selction of our very finest cheeses.

Using our Cheese Tasting Wheel, you will learning how to identify and appreciate the subtle differences in appearance, texture and a range of flavour profiles from tangy and lactic to nutty and herbaceous.

The experience will be personalised, fun and informative as Kat shares the intricate science and captivating stories about different cheese making techniques, regional traditions and the nuances of maturation and aging.

Included is a welcome drink, an illustrated cheese tasting booklet and a copy of our cheese tasting wheel.
