Based on the principles of Dr Joe Dispenza’s groundbreaking work and his scientific research in personal transformation, participants learn how to engage their brain in new ways, to make changes that can significantly improve their work and life.

This program challenges current thinking patterns, unconscious habits and emotional reactions, and empowers people to implement desired changes in their life.

Participants learn:

· What makes change successful and unsuccessful

· A simple formula to make changes in your life

· How to think greater than your body, environment and time

. How to move from living in stress to living in creation

· Understanding three parts of your brain that allow you to go from thinking, to doing to being and how to access your brain’s creativity

· How to change your brainwaves

· How to design your desired future self

· How to create your personal plan for the future

Participants receive:

· 12 hours interactive worshop over two days

· Change Your Mind Create New Results comprehensive course workbook, written by Dr Joe Dispenza.

· Change Your Mind Create New Results 30 Days to Genius Journal, a powerful guide for implementation following the workshop

· Ten recordings of Dr Joe Dispenza outlining key concepts shared during the course

· Two CYMCNR meditations (not available at any other course or event)

· Two group coaching calls post workshop to facilitate successful implementation, share experiences and address any questions.

The course will be in-person, beachside at Hastings Point, 9am to 4.30pm 14 and 15 December 2024. Breakfasts and lunches, and twin-share accommodation for 3 nights, 13-16 December are optional.
