Kat Harvey is a seasoned cheese monger and skilled cheese maker who will guide you through this personalised cheese tasting experience

You will receive a welcome drink on arrival and then be guided by Kat through a tasting of four exquisite cheeses each matched with their perfect accompaniment.

Think cheese, chocolate, creamed honey, fresh figs, crackers and toasts.

The evening will be personalised, fun and informative as Kat draws on her knowledge of cheffing and cheese making so you can experience the perfect flavour balances when great food is matched with the very best cheese.

Kat will also delve into the intricate science and captivating stories about different cheese making techniques, regional traditions and the nuances of maturation and aging.
