Holistic Birth Preparation – Full Day Hypnobirthing Course

A small Group Hypnobirthing Course is a holistic approach to birth preparation and will give you an in-depth understanding of what to expect, how to prepare mentally and physically for your journey ahead, so that you can have a calm and empowered birth experience, no matter what happens on the day.

This birth class is for you if you :

• Desire a positive and calm birth experience.
• Want to stay present and fully enjoy the moment.
• Are ready to release any worries or fears about birth and learn how to shift your mindset.
• Want your partner to support you confidently during birth, even if things don’t go as planned.

After this class, you’ll:

• Be able to make informed choices, no matter how your birth unfolds.
• Confidently use Hypnobirthing techniques to remain calm during labour.
• Know how to replace negative feelings and fears about birth with excitement and confidence.
• Trust your body and intuition to birth your baby your way.
• Feel supported by your partner and confident in their ability to support you.

Anna will guide you on your birthing journey sharing her wisdom and years of experience as a birth doula and Hypnobirthing Teacher. Recommended time to do the course is between 18-36 weeks gestation, but she will support you on your journey no matter how far along you are.
