Presenters include :

*Paul Bedson –

Paul is a meditation teacher, meditation-teacher trainer and coach and spirituality coach – and a Qigong practitioner who has created his own blend of traditional styles which he calls Eartheart Qigong.

Paul’s approach to meditation is also a blend of teaching and practices from various sources including Buddhism, Hinduism, Christianity, non-dualistic philosophy (Advaita Vedanta), psychotherapy and neuroscience.

With his colleagues at the Gawler Foundation, he created ‘Mindfulness-based Stillness Meditation’ .

*Gregory Erald Owens (Geo) –

teaches Buddhism and meditation at a local school , manages resilience and compassion workshops , is the founder of the BBMC and the earth meditation tribe projects and a teacher and coach of mindfulness , meditation and Theory U.
