Embark on a mesmerising journey with this groundbreaking exhibition that heralds Tweed Regional Museum’s 20th anniversary.

Omnia breathes new life into the traditional regional museum collection, redefining the very essence of what a museum can be. Featuring over 200 carefully selected objects, many of which have never before seen the light of day, Omnia is a celebration of the Tweed Shire, an exploration of its vibrant history, its dynamic present, and its promising future.

The exhibition invites you to see the familiar in an entirely new light, as it pushes the boundaries of conventional museum displays. Omina is a celebration of community, a playful exploration of our shared human experience. Join us in commemorating two decades of the Tweed Regional Museum, where curiosity knows no bounds and joy is found in every discovery.

Omnia introduces a stunning new children’s gallery, a rainbow-themed wonderland that invites young minds to explore, learn, and play. The immersive experience ensures that visitors of all ages can engage with the rich cultural tapestry of the Tweed Shire in a way that is both educational and delightful.

We wish to acknowledge the Ngandowal and Minyungbal speaking people of the Bundjalung Country, in particular the Goodjinburra, Tul-gi-gin and Moorung – Moobah clans, as being the traditional owners and custodians of the land and waters within the Tweed Shire boundaries. We also acknowledge and respect the Tweed Aboriginal community’s right to speak for its Country and to care for its traditional Country in accordance with its lores, customs and traditions.
