Join Our Beaches free community dune planting event.

Help strengthen our coastline and join the City’s Beaches team for a community Dune Planting morning.

Stable dunes are critical to the health of our beaches. They also form a key defence against erosion, protecting people, properties and infrastructure.

Together we can get our hands sandy, have some fun and help save our beaches.

If you enjoy being outdoors, being part of a community and would like to make a difference to our natural environment this event is for you. No experience is necessary to join.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION BEFORE YOU REGISTER

  • All ages welcome but best suited for children to adults aged 4 years and above
  • Spaces are limited registration is essential for both adults and children
  • Further location details provided within the email confirmation as you scroll down
  • Under 16’s to have guardian present and supervising
  • This is an outdoor event in a beach environment
  • We do not accept bookings for more than 5 people
  • Contact us if you need to discuss a larger group booking

TICKET REGISTRATION

You must secure a ticket for all children and supervising adults attending. If you can’t secure all the ticket types you require at the time of registration please do not book. Each workshop is set to a maximum capacity. Do not book children on adult tickets.
