Enjoy gentle movement and breathing practices by the beachfront to improve overall wellbeing and vitality.

Have you tried Qi Gong? A standing gentle movement and breath practice to start your weekend feeling good. It is similar to tai chi but has simpler movements that are easy to learn.

Classes run during NSW school terms.

Bring a hat, beach towel/yoga mat and a water bottle

Lija Austen is a fully qualified qi gong teacher who runs regular classes on the Tweed Coast. She is also the owner of Kingscliff Saltwater Studio and has a passion for offering wellness practices to the local community.

Weather updates will be posted on Kingscliff Saltwater Studio facebook page to let you know if the class will go ahead if there is rain.
