Join us for Pottsville Rummage – a community day dedicated to sustainable style and secondhand finds. Sell your pre-loved adult and children’s clothing and give your wardrobe a second life!

🗓 Date: Sunday, 15th June

🕙 Time: 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM

📍 Location: Pottsville Beach Community Hall, 1 Tweed Coast Rd, Pottsville

🛍 Stall Holder Tickets

• Basic Stall – $30

  Includes:

  • 1 x chair

  • 1.5m x 1.5m clearly marked space

• Rack Hire – $5 per rack

  Must be pre-purchased. Limited racks available.

📦 What Can You Sell?

Strictly secondhand fashion only – adult and kids clothing and accessories.

✔ Acceptable items:

• Jeans, jackets, tops, shirts, dresses

• Swimwear, activewear, shoes

• Glasses, jewelry, handbags, belts, scarves, etc.

✘ Not permitted:

• Food, furniture, toys, books, homewares, bric-a-brac

• No commercial businesses or new items – this is a secondhand-only, circular fashion event.

🚪 Bump In & Setup

• Doors open for stallholders at 9:00 AM

• Check in at the front entrance to receive your stall location

• Please be fully set up by 10:00 AM

• Do not block any footpaths while unloading

💰 Pricing Your Items

You’re in charge of your pricing! Choose what works for you:

1. Pre-price individual items with tags

2. Use signage for grouped pricing

3. Price items verbally on the spot

It’s a rummage – shoppers are looking for a bargain, so price to sell! You’re welcome to discount as the day goes on.

💳 Taking Payment

You handle your own sales and transactions. You can accept:

• Cash – be sure to bring change

• Bank transfer

• PayPal

✔ Tip: If accepting transfers, consider noting customer phone numbers.

✖ Note: There is no ATM at the hall, but there is one beside the newsagent across the oval.

🧺 Your Stall Space

• Each stall includes:

  • 1.5m x 1.5m space

  • 1 x chair

• You may bring:

  • 1 x clothing rack (additional racks require additional space ticket)

  • 1 x suitcase or treasure chest for bargain items

  • Stall signage

🚫 We recommend you do NOT bring a table, as it can restrict movement around your racks.

✅ However, if you do bring a table, it must fit entirely within your 1.5m x 1.5m space.

🛠 You are responsible for:

• Setting up your stall safely

• Bringing your own hangers/rack if not hiring

• Managing and selling your goods

• Ensuring your stall is attended at all times

• Packing up all your items – no dumping of leftovers is allowed

Extra chairs will be available to use.

🔁 Refund Policy

If you can no longer attend, contact the hall committee for a refund. We’ll maintain a waitlist, so let us know as soon as possible to allow others to take part.
