Solstice Cacao & Kirtan

Join us at the Gaia Kirtan Lounge in Murillumbah on the solstice for an evening of cacao ceremony and kirtan led by Philip Tripp and friends.

Philip spends his days building a permaculture project and silent retreat in the highlands of Guatemala. A passionate writer and performer of devotional music, Philip leads weekly kirtan on the shores of Lake Atitlan. For this special night, he’s bringing with him cacao sourced from a Mayan women’s collective in Lake Atitlan, inviting us to deepen our presence and connection before we unite in the transformative practice of kirtan.

On the evening, Philip’s partner Rebecca will also share a special ritual celebration for the solstice.

What to bring:

– Cup for cacao

– Comfortable seating (yoga mat, cushion)

– Water bottle

– Open heart

– Offering for the altar

Tickets are $25 for adults, kids 12 or under are free. Early bird tickets $20.
