This session creates a safe, honest space to explore that journey, offering real tools, open conversation and practical support. It empowers young girls to challenge harmful messages they are bombarded with daily around their worth and appearance and build body appreciation, strengthen self-trust and navigate growing up with resilience and clarity around who they are.
