🔴 Taekwondo & Self Defence Training – suitable for ages 7yrs to adults. 

🔴 Martial Arts Weapons Training including: Kali/Eskrima sticks. Okinawan Kobudo/Jo & Bo staffs, Sai – suitable for ages 12yrs to adults.

🔴 Personal Development – develop & build self-confidence, self-esteem, self-control, respect, resilience, good manners, focus, fitness, flexibility & strength.

🔴  Our Martial Arts Australia certified instructors are accredited, qualified, experienced & professional. They are eager to instruct you & your family. These classes are instructed by our Senior Taekwondo/Senior Weapons Instructor & regularly assisted by our Master Instructor, 5th Dan.

🔴 We provide a family friendly, controlled, welcoming, inclusive & safe environment for you to train.
