Join Sarra Robertson from The Mindful Surfer for an empowering workshop exploring the emotional, psychological, and cultural layers of surfing and identity. Topics include emotional intelligence, resilience, fear, intuition, mindset, vulnerability, gender bias, surf culture, community, activism, and the evolving role of women in surfing. Through open conversation and reflection, participants will gain practical insights into confidence, self-awareness, connection, wellbeing, and personal growth both in and out of the water.
