Join us, Kalindi and friends, for a spiritually uplifting evening of kirtan (sound meditation), for spiritual growth and inner happiness.

MONTHLY EVENT.

Kirtan is the group chanting and hearing of mantras which are transcendental sound vibrations, these mantras draw the mind away from our material troubles and anxieties and if chanted regularly bring peace and happiness within; withdrawing our fears and drawing us back to our spiritual inner happiness which is intrinsically within us all.

Kirtan is an easy and enjoyable practice, especially designed to help you deepen and enhance your conscious awareness. Whether you are new to kirtan meditation or have been practicing for years, this kirtan evening will be enjoyed by all those who are looking to expand their spiritual journey.

The evening will start with soothing kirtan to the sound of acoustic guitars and piano along with a deep relaxation session by an experienced yoga coach.

Then enjoy a wholesome and nourishing homemade vegetarian meal by our mantra chef; so no need to eat before or rush home to make dinner!

Treat yourself to a night out; connect with like-minded individuals and nourish your mind, body, and soul in a supportive and uplifting environment.

Bookings necessary.

Payment through this platform or on the night (cash only).
