Breath Connection at the Baccello Collective, where our weekly regenerative gentle/slow breath classes offer adults a transformative journey through the power of mindful breathing. Each session is designed to guide you towards greater mental clarity, emotional balance, and physical well-being. Join our community of like-minded individuals in discovering the profound benefits of breathwork, as we explore techniques to reduce stress, enhance focus, and cultivate inner peace. With each Breath Connection journey, we believe in the simple yet powerful practice of connecting with your breath to unlock a healthier, more harmonious life.

TYPE: Gentle Breath Connection

Time: Wednesdays 6:30pm – 7:30pm. Bathe & Breath option available from 5pm.

for: women and men. 18yrs plus.

All equipment is provided: mats, eye masks, pillows, blankets, and wireless headsets.

Selfcare Investment:

$55pp | or $84pp with bath house option.

Come once a week or twice a month to experience profound emotional and physical benefits!

You will also recieve a 17 minute morning journey mp3 to continue your daily practice after the session.
