Tweed Valley Whey Farmhouse Cheeses is a small 100% Australian owned artisan dairy business. Family owned and operated, werun the 100+ head dairy herd which will supply the A grade quality milk for the gourmet cheeses.The Dairy farm is located inthe Burringbar Valley, just north of Byron Bay. Burringbar is situated at the entranceway to the Tweed which is also known as the Heartland of Australia’s Green Cauldron. The sub-tropical climate allows for lush pasture to be grown all year round. Our pasture based grazing system means you taste the freshness in the milk which flows into the flavours of the local territory in the artisan cheeses.Aside from our 4th generation dairy farm and artisan cheese factorym, we also run alicensed cafe.No tents – RVs/caravans and camper trailers only.We offer several grassy sites on our property, situated in the lush green pastures of the Tweed Valley. We have a retail outlet onsite.
