Join us at Raven Place Farm for an insightful walking tour through their regenerative farm, edible gardens, and organic bush regeneration space using edible fungi to phase out woody weeds. The tour is guided by head gardener Rachael Sanderson as she shares her knowledge of responsible small scale farming practices, ethical food management, chemical free land management and the importance of creating native food pathways.

Meet farm owner Michelle Kuramochi and learn about her deep knowledge of fermentation and Japanese food preparation, utilising produce harvested from the farm and watch closely as she demonstrates how to prepare handmade vegetable gyozas from scratch. This immersive experience concludes with a gyoza tasting and a handmade condiment to take home.
