Bhava Sacred Kirtan by Candlelight events

Welcome to Bhava. A spiritual evening of kirtan. Kirtan is a type of meditation in which mantras are sung congregationally, accompanied by music of all varieties of styles. Kirtan can be mellow and gentle, or energetic and ecstatic.

Our kirtan even comprises of relaxing kirtan to acoustic instruments followed by a mindful meditation and breathing session. We then continue with more upbeat accompaniments to the kirtan and conclude with a delicious home made vegan and gluten free meal to suit everyone and dont forget about the homemade masala chai (caffein free).

The benefits of kirtan are that it cultivates mindfulness, frees you from anxieities, purifies your consciousness and uplifts you, the soul within, to a higher taste.

This practice is suitable for everyone.
