Sitting in meditation perched up in the Temple Garden Tea House, overlooking pristine rainforest, sipping the finest High Mountain Oolong, basking in the illuminating glow of Wollumbin. This is a silent sitting to listen and connect with yourself, the mountain, and with the way of tea. Music, crystal bowls, songs that harmonise the space and people attending are welcome. If you choose to share reach out before the session to inform me of your intentions. thanks. 

Each time I come as a beginner, ready to discover. ‘an empty cup’ is most conducive posture to perceive and receive the gift of tea. I am celebrating the depth of teaching and wisdom that the magical world of Tea has brought into my life and community by continuing in the Spirit with the Thursday mid-morning – “change of season”series.

Welcome to come on a drop in basis, every Thursday till Easter for weekly tea seasons To continue our exploration into Chadao. Booking essential. The focus will both be in silence and meditation to listen as well as some teachings to provide context and insight to the tea being served. Welcome to all.
