A trifecta line up of local talent with Kat Harvey Cheese, Grit Ceramic’s Leia Sherblom and Nick Loeve from Caldera Brewing & Blending Co collaborating to bring you an immersive & informative experience of cultures used in cheese, beer and clay. Together they’ll be co-presenting and sharing insights into their production processes, discussing cheese and beer pairings whilst Leia will be performing a live on-site pottery wheel demonstration highlighting her flame ware & tableware making techniques.

There’ll be tastings of 4 cheeses matched with tastings of small batch seasonal beers crafted by Nick especially for the chosen cheeses. This promises to be educational, interactive and a true sensory delight. Guests receive a handmade plate from Grit to use during the tastings and to take home with them afterwards.
