Healing Breath: Gentle, Trauma-Informed, Community Breathwork Sessions

This is a co-facilitated Breathwork practice held with deep presence.
Using conscious connected breath, the nervous system can come into coherence, breath, heart and body moving together.

The work is trauma-informed, heart-based, gentle, safe and deeply nourishing.
Hands-on support may be offered, with consent, to assist regulation, grounding, or release.
Conscious connected circular breathing supports nervous system regulation, helping to release stored stress and trauma while supporting clarity, embodiment and emotional resilience.
This space is not about chasing a high or pushing extreme techniques. It is deep work with integration and safety as core pillars.

This practice is for people committed to becoming more present in their bodies and hearts, willing to move what is held and live with more clarity, joy love and connection.

Meet Your Facilitators …
This work is held by two trauma-informed Breathwork Facilitators with a shared foundation in body-based practice and nervous system awareness.

Lead Facilitator:
Talitha has been Bodyworker since 2000 and has been supporting people across thresholds for many years, as a Birth Doula since 2011 and a Death Doula since 2015. She has practised Breathwork since 2007, with the breath playing a central role in her own healing and integration of trauma.
Talitha facilitates with a focus on embodiment, regulation and loving presence, responding to what is emerging rather than applying fixed techniques or pushing an experience.
Safety, consent and deep integration are central to how she works.

Co-Facilitator & Integration Support:
Sessions are co-facilitated by her husband Herberto, a Breathwork Facilitator and Kahuna Massage therapist.
Herberto supports the space through grounded presence, physical awareness and hands-on support where appropriate and with consent, assisting regulation and deep integration.
Together, they create a resonant space inviting folks to come just as they are, knowing they will be safe, supported, witnessed, guided and truly held.
