You’re invited to gather with me for 90 minutes of sound vibration and surrender. This therapeutic Gong Bath will include the practice of pranayama, meditation and the other-worldly sounds of multiple gongs to help the body and mind move through stages of relaxation, adjustment, and integration.

Class is suitable for all all including expecting women. This event will be a lovely experience to share with a friend, family member or partner and a beautiful gift for someone.

Eat only very lightly beforehand and please come hydrated. I recommend having soup or something comforting ready at home for afterwards so you can retreat, eat lightly, have a shower in the dark and an early night to optimise the benefits of this soothing and nourishing Gong Bath.

You’re welcome to arrive 15 minutes before hand to get settled, position your mat, etc. we start and finish on time.

Bookings essential due to restricted numbers in space, if you book and then can’t make it please find someone to take your ticket, no refunds. BYO mat, meditation cushion, eye pillow, small blanket and water. Wear light, natural fibres, something you can breathe and relax in.
