MURF ELECTRIC BIKES TWEED COAST PRO JUNIOR RETURNS WSL SURFING TO THE TWEED COAST

The Kingscliff Boardriders Club is proud to announce the return of World Class junior surfing to the region with the Murf Electric Bikes Tweed Coast Pro Junior, taking place on the Tweed Coast October 4 -5, 2025.

Sanctioned by the World Surf League (WSL), this prestigious event will bring together 100 of Australia’s best junior surfers, offering them the chance to earn critical points on the WSL pathway and showcase their talent on one of Australias most iconic coastlines.

The event will be mobile, with Duranbah Beach and Kingscliff Beach identified as the preferred locations, ensuring competitors have the best possible conditions to perform at their peak.

The WSL event is proudly delivered by the Kingscliff Boardriders Club, with the support of Murf Electric Bikes, Tweed Shire Council Tweed Holiday Parks, Dev Built, Kingscliff Beach Hotel, Solo, Xcell gym, MSC Construction and a host of valued local community partners.

Athletes will be welcomed on the Friday Night, October 3rd at the Kingscliff Beach Hotel where an international surf movie, Snapt5 will be premiered and the local surfing community are invited to come along and attend!
