Drop in on the first Wednesday of the month and replenish yourself in a space where you can switch off and turn on.

Let the medicine of tea harmonise you and the mountain hold you, remember your dreams and your simple pleasure of being. A mixture of teachings and deep listening practices that cultivate our Yin replenishment when we are navigating Yang lifestyles.

This wisdom and knowledge the ancients knew and practiced was the ultimate medicine …, guiding the body to balance and nourish the Jin Ye (deep internal waters) to ensure that dryness doesn’t damage the body through this seasonal transition 🤲🏽

Each week a different practitioner will join our mini retreat to offer a unique flavour of nourishment. Including Acupuncture, Zen-thai bodywork, Cranio-sacral, Spinal flow, Remedial massage and more.
