About

A nourishing and uplifting 5Rhythms dance women’s class to come home to our body and deepen connection to ourselves, to land more fully into our skin and bones, and turn towards love our true nature. This is a safe space with women where we welcome all parts of ourselves into the dance to return to wholeness, connection and belonging to the greater whole. No dance experience is necessary. 5rhythms dance is an accessible somatic movement practise where there are no steps to follow, you are invited to follow your own creative movement from within.
