Details

This event is specifically designed for all women aged 35 and over. I’m on a mission to let women feel empowered through knowledge, as they head towards menopause.

Understanding peri-menopause, menopause, and beyond gives you the power to avoid years of struggle and to enjoy a healthy and fulfilling life in your later years.

From hot flushes, weight gain and mood imbalances, to declining libido, this talk covers all the important information you need to know, and more. You will gain the knowledge to interpret exactly what is happening in your body during this time and how to identify if you are actually peri-menopausal!

Learn what exacerbates symptoms and how to reduce them.

My aim is to erase any stigma surrounding this natural phase of a woman’s life and to prepare women, so they have a healthy transition into their “2nd puberty”.

Join me, and a group of like-minded women, to discover all you need to know about the signs, symptoms & treatment of this very natural process.

TOPICS COVERED INCLUDE:

  • Understanding exactly what to expect during peri-menopause and post-menopause. The signs, symptoms and possible changes that could occur, as well as their reasons. Symptoms like hot flushes, mood changes, sleep disturbances, weight gain, urinary and sexual issues.

  • Find out how you can support your hormonal, brain, bone and heart health during perimenopause and beyond (preventative medicine).

  • Learn about treatment options, both natural and HRT (MHT)
