You will gain the knowledge to interpret exactly what is happening in your body during this time and how to identify if you are actually peri-menopausal!

My aim is to erase any stigma surrounding this natural phase of a woman’s life and to prepare women, so they have a healthy transition into their “2nd puberty”.
