Cost: $44 per class | 4-class pass: $135 ($33 per class)

Join Amanda Jane, Certified Breath & Mindfulness Coach, for a calming, heart-opening weekly class designed to help you step out of stress and emotional noise—and gently return to the clarity and calm of your breath.

This is your space to slow down, reconnect, and nourish your inner world in a safe, soul-aligned way.
