About

Step into a night of riotous comedy, candlelit revelry and immersive theatre as Shepherd’s Purse Theatre Company presents Shakespeare’s The Comedy of Errors at Flutterbies Cottage Café, Tyalgum.

Performed throughout the charming spaces of the café, La Markette Lane and adjoining businesses and set within a bustling marketplace, this joyful dinner theatre experience surrounds you with live performance, music and mischief accompanied by sumptous two course banquet style dinner.

Guests are encouraged to dress in period costume and become part of the world, as servants, merchants and townsfolk collide in a night of laughter, feasting and theatrical magic.

The story, in brief:

When two sets of identical twins are unknowingly reunited in the same town, confusion reigns — leading to mistaken identities, wrongful arrests and one of Shakespeare’s fastest, funniest comedies
