A Chakradance™ Kids Workshop for 3–5 Year Olds

Join us for a magical movement adventure with Poppy and the Red Foot Tribe!

In this joyful and grounding Chakradance™ Kids workshop, little ones will explore the Base Chakra through a movement, music, mindful breath, creative play, mandala art and a heartwarming story — Poppy and the Sinky, Stinky Mud.

Poppy is a wild and curious cave girl who’s still learning how to listen to her body whispers — the quiet signals that tell us when we feel safe or not. When she chases some playful wolf pups into the deep forest, she ends up stuck in sinky, stinky mud… and learns some powerful lessons about instincts, trust, and staying grounded.
