Safety and security are top priorities for our local business community. Yet each year, businesses lose thousands of dollars to preventable crime, from theft and vandalism to fraud and break-ins. These incidents don’t just cut into profits—they disrupt operations, put staff at risk, and reduce customer confidence. The good news is many of these losses can be avoided with the right prevention strategies and smarter reporting.

Join Tweed/Byron Police at Police Headquarters for an interactive session on local crime trends and the risks facing businesses in the Tweed. You’ll also receive hands-on training in the Blue Link app, a vital reporting tool that allows business owners to report crime in real time and assist police. So don’t forget to bring your mobile device.!! The session will wrap up with an informal BBQ dinner and the chance to connect with your local police.

This is a free event.
