Located in the historic Plantation House, established in 1972, the venue offers panoramic views across the Tweed Hinterland and coastline.

The venue accommodates up to 299 guests for ceremonies and receptions, with two ceremony locations: a front lawn overlooking the valley and a back garden beside a century-old fig tree. On-site parking is available and the venue is pet-friendly for ceremonies.

Wedding packages at Botanica Plantation House include a dedicated wedding planner from initial enquiry through to the day itself, plus an on-day coordinator, both at no additional cost. Packages cover ceremony and reception furniture, lighting, PA system, staffing and up to 9 hours of service.

Food and beverage menus are curated by the culinary team behind Farm & Co Restaurant, including chefs and hospitality leaders with backgrounds at Spice Den, Rick Shores and Franklin in Hobart. The orchard-to-plate menus are built around seasonal produce grown on the surrounding farm, with options including shared banquets, alternate plate, arrival canaps, grazing table, raw bar with live chef and late-night feasting. Beverage packages, welcome cocktails and champagne towers are also available. Couples can preview the Botanica dining experience by dining at Farm & Co Restaurant.
