Husk Farm Distillery Tour Experience

Location

1152 Dulguigan Road
North Tumbulgum, New South Wales, 2490

Details

Australia’s only farm-to-bottle distillery, Husk Farm Distillery sits among rolling sugarcane fields in the lush Tweed Valley – a working farm where every spirit begins in the soil beneath your feet.

As seasonal distillers, the rhythm of the farm shapes what’s in the glass. In summer, the stills run with Ink Gin – an iconic colour-changing gin crafted with butterfly pea flower and native lemon myrtle. When the annual sugarcane harvest arrives, the distillery shifts to produce Husk Rum, made from freshly crushed cane grown on the property itself.

Visitors can wander the beautiful grounds overlooking the Tweed Valley and Wollumbin, enjoy cocktails at the Cellar Door, or settle in for a long lunch at Planter’s Kitchen restaurant. Two signature tour experiences offer a behind-the-scenes look at life on the farm and the craft behind every bottle.

Located just 20 minutes from Gold Coast Airport and 40 minutes from Byron Bay, Husk Farm Distillery is a natural stop on any Tweed Valley itinerary.
