The session is facilitated by Azzi Hamilton (Director Apex Agency). Tweed Shire Council’s Media Team will also demonstrate how they use digital tools in their day‑to‑day operations, offering practical hints and tips from experienced practitioners working in a real‑world setting.

  • Google Business Profile essentials — what to update, how to add photos and how to request reviews that build trust.

  • How to manage social media in just 10 minutes a day, with simple posting ideas tailored for local businesses.

  • How to use AI and free tools such as Canva and ChatGPT to streamline content creation and save time.
