3-Week Meditation & Nervous System Series
This nurturing 3-week series is designed for busy, stressed, and exhausted people who want to feel calmer, more supported, and more resilient in everyday life.
Across three Tuesday evenings, you’ll be gently guided through simple, accessible meditation and nervous system–supportive practices to help you:
• calm a busy mind
• settle stress in the body
• feel deeply relaxed and nurtured
• build resilience for daily life
No prior meditation experience is needed.
This is a space to rest, receive, and learn practices you can carry into daily life.
