Guided breath work and dreamy sound meditation – a restorative & healing cellular and nervous system reset.

A restful and meditative experience of guided breathwork and sound immersion.

Healing through sound is an ancient technique that uses tonal frequencies to bring the body into a state of vibrational balance and harmony.

The benefits can include:

* shifting brain wave activity into a deeply relaxed state

* releasing tension through initiating the ‘relaxation response’

* creating harmony and balance in the nervous system

* clearing stuck energy and emotions

* alleviating depression and anxiety

* improved sleep

* lowered blood pressure

This beautiful session can include crystal and tibetan singing bowls, rainstick, ocean drum, zaphir & koshi chimes, swinging chimes, crystal pyramid, tuning forks, tongue drum, medicine drum, gong and vocalisation/chant. Each immersion is tailored through the incorporation of specific frequencies to a theme, emotion or season.

** Please note – if you have a pacemaker, heart condition, DVT, sound-induced epilepsy, active cancer, are pregnant, or have a serious mental health condition, it is advisable to check with your doctor prior to attending a sound therapy session.**

COST: $40
