Council is offering free drop-in support sessions to help local not-for-profit organisations and community groups prepare strong applications.

About the Community Grants Program 

The Community Grants Program provides funding to support local projects that: 

  • Enhance wellbeing and safer communities 

  • Increase social connections 

  • Promote inclusion 

  • Reduce homelessness 

Applications are open from 1 to 30 June 2026. 

About the support sessions 

These informal drop-in sessions are designed to help you: 

  • Understand the application process 

  • Strengthen your project idea 

  • Align your project with funding priorities 

No bookings are required to attend — simply drop in at a time that suits you.
