Drawing on his Syrian heritage, his food is generous, hyper-local and designed to be bring people together around the table.

The Experience

  • Meet the Makers: An opportunity to chat with both chef and brewer about the ingredients, techniques and stories behind the food and beer.

  • Additional Beverages: Suggested beer pairings and plenty of other saisons, dark ales, wines, as well as alcohol-free options will be available for purchase at the bar.
