LET’S TRAVEL AROUND ASIA 🌿🥢

A Plant-Based Cooking Workshop & Degustation

Join Marc from Taste Without Borders — chef and Barbara O’Neill-trained food and health coach — for a relaxed, hands-on journey through the flavours of Asia.

Using fresh, 100% organic, plant-based wholefood ingredients, we’ll cook, taste and enjoy a colourful menu including:

• Sushi

• Vietnamese Rice Paper Rolls

• Green Papaya Salad

• Quick Asian Vegetable Stir-Fry with Crispy Tofu

• Rice-Paper Gyoza with Chickpea Tofu

• Miso Eggplant

• Laksa

• Mango Coconut Basmati Rice

We’ll also make three versatile sauces:

• Tamari, Ginger & Garlic

• Creamy Satay

• Apricot-Lemon Sweet & Sour

Marc will also demonstrate how the satay sauce can quickly become a creamy ramen broth using a beautiful vegetable stock.

This workshop is about learning simple techniques, understanding flavour and discovering how one recipe can become many different meals.

We’ll cook together, taste as we go, share ideas and then sit down to enjoy what we’ve created.

Allow around 3 hours for cooking and preparation, followed by approximately 1 hour to sit, eat, chat and enjoy the meal together — a beautiful afternoon of food, learning and connection.

You’ll also receive a Taste Without Borders recipe book to take home.

Fully plant-based • 100% organic • Wheat-free • Dairy-free • Refined sugar-free

A recipe is not only meant to be followed. It is meant to be felt.
