“Lija Austen is a fabulous Qi gong instructor and a kind soul. I was fortunate enough to have a one on one session with her. As a professional action sports athlete it is very rare to practice dropping into a soft space to check in and recharge! Thank you Lije for your knowledge and spreading it in the community” Caroline Buchanan, 8 x BMX World Champion and 2 x Olympic Athlete

“Thank you, Thank you. I so so enjoyed your class. It was beautiful in every way”
