Cattle tick and tick fever information session for livestock managers to better understand current risks, biosecurity, and management of cattle tick.
Event details:
North Coast Local Land Services invites you to an information evening for local cattle producers. The session will provide updates on:

current cattle tick and tick fever infestation summary

how the cattle tick program can assist with eradicating tick outbreaks
-
recent activities undertaken by the cattle tick program and compliance unit
-
strategies for preventing and dealing with tick fever outbreaks.
This is an opportunity to hear directly from local experts, ask questions and walk away with practical guidance to support your decision-making.

A light snack consisting of finger food will be provided.

Meal and bar facilities are on site for those wishing something afterwards.
